After confirmation, the money is transferred to your account within 48 hours.

The price of an order shown on the website is indicative and the sales transaction becomes valid upon confirmation by the technician.

If the technician evaluates the device differently, we will send you an analysis and a final offer including the price by e-mail within 48 hours.

If the new price is not suitable, we will send the device back to you free of charge within 48 hours.

You have seven days to confirm or reject the new offer, after which it will be deemed accepted, Upgreat will fulfil the order and transfer the offered amount to your bank account.

Please ensure that the device is unlocked. iPhone Find my iPhone and Android Google locked devices are not serviced.
